Michael recently celebrated his 6-year anniversary with MTB and earned his 6th Annual Safety Award, an impressive milestone that reflects his long-standing commitment to safety. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to supporting those around him make him a standout member of the MTB team.
Michael was nominated by his Driver Manager, James V., who shared the following: “Mike is one of the most selfless contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He doesn’t get bogged down in negative details and instead focuses on finding solutions to any challenges that come his way. Mike is always willing to lend a helping hand to another contractor and often goes out of his way to do so. Somehow, he manages to accomplish this while never sacrificing productivity or safety. He has been an exemplary team player in our operation, and I’m proud to recognize his consistently high level of service.”
